As a forward integration move he along with his sons, who by the time had joined the business, set up a foam producing unit at Greater Noida in 2002. His is a mentor and guiding light for the group.

He is a champion of cause of small units whether at Trade association or at other regulatory forums.

He is a very well read; books on spirituality & philosophy are his favorites. He is a sought after singer in his friend circle and senior citizen forum. He has been associated for many years with service organization like Lions International where he served as President and held Regional posts.

Mr. Abhinav Puri, younger son of Mr. Ashok Puri, is Managing Director of the Company. He has been alumni of VIT- Vellore Engineering College; which is now a deemed university.

Besides looking after overall management of the company, he is an experienced foamer. The tenure of three years when Allied was doing contract manufacturing for the industry leader, he honed his skills as a foamer. He supervises various functions like Sale & Marketing, New Business Development and other operational matters. He has very good inter- personal skills and a team worker to the core.

His hobbies are gymming and cooking which is a natural corollary of being a foodie.

Mr. Anurag Puri elder brother of Mr. Abhinav Puri is looking after overall operations of group's machinery manufacturing business under A.S. Enterprises. The production facilities of ASE are located in Delhi & Haryana. He has a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Arya Bhatt Polytehnic.

He contributes his knowledge of machinery to up gradation of machinery of Allied Foam and is a valuable link between ASE and Allied in operational matters. His experience of running an engineering unit is valuable for Allied. He is a nature lover and an ornithologist to the core. He attends musical concerts regularly and is himself excellent flute player. His videos on Tube are well appreciated.
